2026 REGISTRATION Now Open

Another exciting season of California Regional League is almost here! Teams that wish to compete this Spring must apply by February 10th.

The California Regional League provides your team with the best opportunity to play against high level competition during the Spring. Top teams from CSL Premier and CSL Championship Divisions will face off against top teams from other leagues in the Southern California region.

Teams applying to play in CRL will do so via the CSL admin portal. Teams who are registering need to select “California Regional League” for their bracket during their application.
In prior years CRL was run by CSL, but its league management was done on its own league database and APP. For the 2026 season, CRL will be managed via the CSL database system.
This will support the leagues efforts to provide the most up to date and accurate scheduling, accurate referee assignments, and supportive mobile app experience.
The league understand that the Winter/Spring can be a busy time for some teams. For the older aged divisions, CRL play will begin after high school, and for teams playing in National Cup or other player showcase tournaments, games will be scheduled around those conflicts if requested.
Referee fees are not included in the league cost, they are as follows:
2007-2009 (90 mins) = 3 ref ($110) | 2 ref ($88) | 1 ref ($66)
2010-2011 (80 mins) = 3 ref ($98) | 2 ref ($78) | 1 ref ($58)
2012-2013 (70 mins) = 3 ref ($85) | 2 ref ($68) | 1 ref ($50)
2013’s (60 mins) = 3 ref ($72) | 2 ref ($58) | 1 ref ($42)

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW.

TEAM ELIGIBILITY

Only teams from CSL Premier and Championship are eligible, in addition to a select number of teams from other leagues/divisions by invitation only.
LEAGUE FEES

The cost for the 2026 season will be $1500.
* (Referee fees are not included in your league fees)
NUMBER OF GAMES

The number of games will vary depending on number of teams per bracket. Your team will play in approx. 8-12 games.
GAME LOCATIONS

The majority of games will be played at the Great Park in Irvine. Select games may be played at your home field due to geography concerns.
PLAY DATES

While there is no set schedule yet, games will tentatively start March 7th and the season will conclude by the end of May.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE

The deadline to register is February 10th, 2026. Early registration will increase your chances if brackets fill up.
